Holding a Master of Urban and Regional Planning and a GIS Certificate from the University of Florida, along with training in mediation and public engagement, Melissa's multifaceted skill set drives her effective and inclusive approach to community planning.

A public servant at heart, Matt serves on the Wyoming Main Street Advisory Board and contributes extensively to planning and redevelopment projects across the West.

Since 2014, Clara Chaffin has served as the Community Development Director for the City of Douglas, bringing a rich background in community development, rural planning, and GIS from her studies at Northern Arizona University and the University of Idaho, and professional experiences in the UK and Texas. Her career is marked by a commitment to economic revitalization and tourism, contributing to various committees and organizations within Douglas, including The Enterprise for Converse County and Main Street Douglas. Clara's ongoing professional development and leadership roles, including her involvement with the WYOPASS Board and the Arts & Culture Board of Trustees, underscore her dedication to community enhancement and sustainable development.
