Bill Mahar is a Principal with Norris Design with 25 years of experience in community planning, landscape architecture and community engagement. He is from a rural North Dakota community and has worked in local government for 13 years and 12 years in the private sector. This has given him good insight on how both sectors can effectively work together to make positive change at the community level. He is passionate about helping foster communities to find their collective vision to implement creative solutions that improve the wellbeing, health and sense of place of a community.
